Hire Resolve is currently partnering with a reputable client to secure the services of a skilled Resident Engineer (LDC) in Johannesburg. This is an urgent 3-month contract opportunity for an experienced professional looking to make an impact on upcoming projects.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this Resident Engineer (LDC) – Johannesburg role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience specifically within roads, stormwater, water, sewer, and bulk earthworks.
- A Diploma in Civil Engineering or a higher-level qualification.
- A comprehensive working knowledge of project specifications and Bills of Quantities, including COLTO/COTO and SANS 1200.
- Demonstrated expertise in Conditions of Contract, specifically SAICE GCC, FIDIC, or NEC.
