Marketing Manager

The Talent Experts is looking for a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Manager to join a growing financial services group based in Paarl. We believe that marketing should do more than just support growth—it should actively drive it. Role Overview and Responsibilities

This is a broad, hands-on role where you will have the autonomy to shape and execute the marketing strategy across multiple business units. You will be responsible for the full spectrum of marketing activities, including:

• Managing content calendars, social media platforms, websites, and video content.
• Coordinating events, media opportunities, and client engagement initiatives.
• Creating compelling presentations, factsheets, and client-facing collateral.
• Ensuring absolute brand consistency across all touchpoints.

You will enjoy this role because no two days are the same, and you will have the freedom to make a visible, lasting impact as the business continues to evolve. You will be based full-time at our offices in Paarl, with working hours from 08:30 to 17:30.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter who prefers rolling up your sleeves rather than relying on a large team. We are looking for the following qualifications and experience:

• A relevant tertiary qualification (Degree level).
• 3-5 years of hands-on, practical marketing experience.
• Proficiency in copywriting, content marketing, social media management, and event coordination.
• Proven experience with CRM systems and presentation design.
• Confidence using digital marketing tools, Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience in financial services, asset management, insurance, or professional services is highly advantageous.
• The ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously without losing sight of the finer details.
