Process & Compliance Coordinator
Measured Ability is looking for a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Process & Compliance Coordinator. Based in KwaZulu Natal, within the eThekwini North region (Umhlanga / Tongaat), this role is ideal for an organized individual who thrives in structured, governance-focused environments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our business through various governance, compliance, and operational projects. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing governance administration and documentation.
- Coordinating governance meetings and providing accurate minute-taking.
- Conducting internal operational audits and reviews of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining rigorous documentation and record management systems.
- Supporting project coordination and the successful rollout of internal systems.
Project Exposure
As a Process & Compliance Coordinator, you will gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of initiatives, including:
- Trust governance structures.
- Internal governance documentation projects.
- Operational process auditing.
- Various compliance and accountability initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
We are seeking a candidate with a strong administrative background and the ability to work with precision. To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience within governance, legal administration, compliance, HR, operations, or risk environments.
- Practical knowledge of Company and Tax law, as well as BBBEE and Employment Equity compliance.
- An advantage would be prior knowledge of Australian Tax law.
- High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, reporting, and written communication skills.
- A natural aptitude for process discipline and meticulous attention to detail.
- The ability to maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
- A structured, deadline-driven approach to complex tasks.
