Junior Marketing Manager
Frogg Recruitment is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Marketing Manager to join our team in Centurion. This role is perfect for a creative professional eager to support the development and execution of impactful marketing strategies, campaigns, and brand initiatives designed to drive business growth.
As a Junior Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in enhancing our brand awareness and ensuring our marketing efforts are both data-driven and strategically aligned with our core business objectives. The salary for this position is up to R30 000 per month (CTC), depending on your specific experience and qualifications.
Essential Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, either within an agency or an in-house environment.
- At least 1 year of management experience.
- Proven experience working with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
- A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable transport, with a willingness to travel occasionally within Gauteng.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot are considered a distinct advantage.
- Previous experience with CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and continuous monitoring of both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Manage our presence across social media platforms—including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok—while creating engaging, platform-specific content.
- Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and external agencies to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Provide support for SEO, SEM, and email marketing initiatives.
- Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to inform our strategy.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and overall ROI.
- Assist in the organisation and management of events, promotions, exhibitions, and trade shows.
- Maintain the marketing content calendar to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Liaise with sales and product teams to ensure all marketing activities remain aligned with company goals.
- Update and maintain the company website using our CMS, such as WordPress.
- Manage marketing budgets and oversee the processing of supplier invoices.
