Duties and Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end customer quotation process, ensuring all documentation is accurate, professional, and delivered on time to support revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sales and customer inquiries, providing real-time support and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Manage the administrative onboarding of new customers and maintain precise data records.
  • Support the business development team by qualifying inbound leads and managing website inquiries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across the technical and procurement departments to clarify RFQs and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Conduct thorough quality checks on all outgoing quotes to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate the internal quoting process and proactively follow up with sales team members to bring outstanding quotes to a conclusion.
  • Facilitate the completion and distribution of NDAs and supplier/customer onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain the National Quote Sheet and assist with stock management and sales forecasting as required.
  • Coordinate special projects and contribute to the development of strategies aimed at enhancing service levels, operational efficiency, and overall business profitability.
