As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts—including plant performance, flowsheets, and process behavior—into clear, compelling business solutions. You will collaborate closely with engineering and operations teams, engage directly with clients and EPCMs, and lead technical-commercial discussions that shape how advanced processing technologies are positioned within the market.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Education: BSc/BEng in Chemical, Metallurgical, or Mechanical Engineering with solid exposure to mineral processing.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience specifically within technical marketing and business development.
- Technical Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of processing plants, optimization, commissioning, and test work.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to convert technical insights into high-value commercial propositions.
- Communication: Exceptional analytical thinking skills and the ability to communicate technical data to diverse audiences.
