Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for assigned areas
- Manage and supervise distributors within the sector, including orders, payments, and redistribution
- Ensure IB products are stocked in full range and available at customer and retail outlets
- Maintain merchandising standards, ensuring brand visibility through POS and chillers
- Ensure chillers are correctly positioned in performing outlets and used exclusively for IBPLC products
- Monitor product pricing at sales outlets according to recommendations
- Track and analyze competitor activities in the market
Profile: Education
- 3-year degree qualification
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or FMCG environments
Key Attributes and Competencies
- Valid unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license
- Basic computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Office
- Strong local area knowledge
- Excellent administrative skills
